Stage 2: Longford To Donegal  122 Miles.

Longford, Lanesboro, Roscommon, Boyle, Carrick-On-Shannon, Dumshanbo, Manor-Hamilton, Bundoran, Ballyshannon,

Donegal.

 

Stage 3: Donegal To Castlebar 110 Miles.

Donegal, Ballyshannon, Bundoran, Sligo, Ballysodare, Dromore-West, Ballina, foxford, Castlebar.

 

Stage 4: Castlebar to Athenry 112 Miles.

Castlebar, Westport, Leenane, Letterfrack, Clifden, Recess, Maam-Cross, Oughterard, Galway, Oranmore, Athenry.
