Dublin, Ashbourne, Slane, Collen, Ardee, Carrickmacross, Castleblaney,  Clontibret, Monaghan.

Stage 2: Monaghan To Letterkenny, 81 Miles.
Monaghan, Enyvale, Aughnacloy, Omagh, Strabane, Lifford, Castlefin, Stranorlar, Letterkenny.


Stage 3: Letterkenny To Donegal, 85 Miles.
Letterkenny, Fintown, Glenties, Ardara, Glengesh Pass, Glencolmcille, Carrick, Killybegs, Dunkineely, Donegal.

Stage 4: Donegal To Castlebar, 94 Miles.
