Stage 1A: Sligo Time Trial 

 
Stage 1B: Sligo To Clifden, 105 Miles.
Sligo, Ballysodare, Tobbercurry, Charlestown, Swinford, Bellavary, Castlebar, Westport, Leenane, Letterfrack, Clifden.

Stage 2: Clifden To Lisdoonvarna, 90 Miles.
Clifden, Recess, Maam-Cross, Oughterard,  Moycullen, Galway, Oranmore, Kilcolgan, Kinvarna, Ballyvaughan, Lisdoonvarna.

Stage 3: Lisdoonvarna To Listowel, 90 Miles.
Lisdoonvarna, Kilfenora, Corofin, Ennis, Newmarket-On-Fergus, Limerick,
Adare, Rathkeale, Ardagh, Athea, Listowel.  

Stage 4: Listowel To Valentia Island, 81 Miles.

Listowel, Castlemaine, Killorglin, Cromane, Glenbeigh, Cahirsiveen, Portmagee, Valentia, Knightstown.

Stage 5: Valentia To Kenmare, 65 Miles.
