Stage 2:   Mullingar To Castlebar, 173 Kms.
Mullingar, Rathconrath, Ballymahon, Lanesborough, Roscommon, Ballymoe, Castlerea, Ballinlough, Ballyhaunis, Claremorris, Balla, Castlebar.

Stage 3:   Castlebar To Clifden, 165 Kms.
