O'Connell Street Dublin, The Ward, Finglas, Ashbourne, Slane, Navan, Kells, Ballinlough, Slieve an Callaigh KOM, Oldcastle, Virginia, Cavan

Stage 2:   Cavan To Dungloe, 176 Kms.
Cavan, Butlers Bridge, Wattlebridge,Newtownbutler, Lisnakea, Maguires Bridge, Enniskillen, Lisnarick, Ederny, Seraghy Mountain KOM, Killen, Castlederg, Castlefinn, Liscooley, Stranorlar, Ballybofey, Fintown, Dubhcharaigh, Dungloe.

Stage 3:   Dungloe To Sligo, 138 Kms.
