2024 For the first time in the history of the club, (since it's formation in 1937) Bohermeen Cycling Club will be entering a team in the prestigious Ras Tailteann International Cycle Race.
Ras Tailteann 2024 will take place between Wednesday 22nd May and Sunday 26th Mary starting in Tullamore, heading south and finishing with circuits around Bective and Navan. The race will cover a distance of 785 kms.

To introduce the RAS team, the club would like to put out an invite to all members, past members, local cycling clubs, friends of the club, sponsors and the wider Bohermeen community to a launch evening this Thursday, 16th May, 8pm in Bohermeen Community Centre to help celebrate this historic occasion.
Light refreshments will be provided.
A huge amount of effort has been put in behind the scenes over the last five months by the riders and the Ras committee in preparing for the event and we thank everyone involved.
