FBD Will again sponsor Ireland's international cycle race,the FBD Insurance RÁS,when it takes to the highways and byways on the country from 20th. to 27th. May next year. This will be the insurances company's 24th. year of sponsorship of this great race.

The race will again be one of the elite group of cycle races throughout the world eligible to award qualifying points for the Olympic Games and World Championships.

The 2007 route, likely to be announced over the coming weeks, is expected to be as severe as ever, a number of new stage finish towns are likely to be included.
