Stage 2: Clifden To Lisdoonvarna, 90 Miles.
Clifden, Recess, Maam-Cross, Oughterard,  Moycullen, Galway, Oranmore, Kilcolgan, Kinvarna, Ballyvaughan, Lisdoonvarna.

Stage 3: Lisdoonvarna To Listowel, 90 Miles.
Lisdoonvarna, Kilfenora, Corofin, Ennis, Newmarket-On-Fergus, Limerick,

Stage 4: Listowel To Valentia Island, 81 Miles.
